Territorial-Landworks, Inc. (TLI) was formed as a result of the consolidation of
Landworks Consulting & Design, Inc. and Territorial Engineering & Surveying,
Inc. The resulting firm is well equipped to offer the services summarized on the Services tab. These services are not that different
from what the other Civil Engineering and Surveying firms provide in Western Montana.
What is different is the way that these services are provided.
TLI will strive to understand their work load and to maintain an appropriate work
load for the staff that are available. By maintaining the appropriate employee to
client ratio, TLI can provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to all
of their clients. Many clients may not appreciate an honest assessment of their
schedule. This will most likely result in one of two scenarios:
- They may choose to utilize another firm. In this scenario, they will learn that
all firms are busy and that TLI had in fact offered an accurate assessment of their
schedule and will most likely return to them in the future if they choose to participate
in another project.
- The project will be started in the time frame originally offered and the client
will have trust in TLI, which will also lead to a successful project.
