Permitting Services

At TLI, we recognize that all projects are subject to the results of permits and approvals from a variety of regulatory agencies.  Our Permitting Services include the full range of design, review and inspection activities associated with the Permitting process.  This includes approvals from the MT Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), the Montana Department of Transportation, the Montana Department of Fish Wildlife and Parks (FWP), the Montana Department of Natural Resources (DNRC), and the Planning and Zoning Boards, local and county Health Departments and Boards of County Commissioner to name just a few.  TLI’s recognized expertise in preparing permitting documentation and tracking those permit applications provides our clients with exceptional representation while pursuing permitting activities.
