The Meadow Gold apartments are located in the former Meadow Gold Dairy plant. Territorial-Landworks, Inc. provided services for site renovation to include a mixed use of commercial space and residential apartments. TLI provided Site Design based on the Architectural Site Plan, grading and drainage, design of the parking lot, curb improvements, Bitterroot Branch Trail design, new water and sewer service connections, topography and boundary surveying and construction staking. In addition, TLI was able to vacate City right-of-way, obtain a right-of-way Encroachment Permit and arrange a Joint Parking Agreement.
