TLI assisted the Architect on the site layout and design of an extended stay hotel consisting of a 29,000 square foot building envelope with 101 rooms in Missoula County, and provided site mapping and established the boundary. Our team worked with the client to provide project base drawings and layout of infrastructure. This project consisted of grading and drainage for calculations 4.37 acres, boundary line adjustment, sewer and water service connections, and construction staking.
